He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb and that in Philosophy and English language, literature and culture. He is the co-founder and editor of the \u201cProlog\u201d Magazine the special focus of which is the theatre and plays in general. He is also the editor of the \u201cCekada\u201d publishing house special edition branch \u00a0(The Centre for the Cultural Contribution of the Young, Zagreb). He has been publishing his novellas, essays and pieces for the theatre since 1966. He was a columnist for the \u201cGlas Slavonije\u201d News Broadcast ( A Starting Point for Melancholics). He also held the position of a columnist at \u201cNovi List\u201d from Rijeka (Dangerous Liaisons) from 1993 till 2013.<\/p>\n He was the director of the Zagreb Youth Theatre from 2001 until 2004. He is a frequent collaborator for the third programme of the Croation radio frequency. He published his first novel Morendo<\/em><\/strong> in 2012. In January, 2010, his dark comedy Enciklopedija izgubljenog vremena<\/em><\/strong> was recognized as the best text for the play based on the life and works of Danilo Ki\u0161. This all\u00a0 ensued from the competition organized by the Montenegrin Royal Theater-Zetski dom from Cetinje which involved all of the former Yugoslav region.<\/p>\n He won the \u201cGavela\u201d award for drama works (SFRJ) and also the \u201cDr\u017ei\u0107\u201d award three times.
