This year’s festival literary programme continues on Saturday, July 17, starting at 9 PM at the Square of Poets, where the guest will be Andrija Radulovi\u0107. He will present his book of poetry, entitled “If I Could Cry as a Vineyard”.<\/p>\n

Andrija Radulovi\u0107 was born in 1970 in Podgorica, where he finished primary and secondary school. He studied history at the University of Montenegro, and graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Novi Sad.<\/p>\n
His poetic debut \u2013 the collection “A View of the Bridge”, was published in 1994, followed by poetry books: “Sign in the Sand” (1995), “Midnight at Don” (1997), “Fire Bone” (1998), “A Word From the South” \/ selection of short poems in Russian (2000), “Angel in the Wheat” (2002), “Snow Alphabet” (2007), “Bell” (poem, 2008), “The Former Kingdom” (2010), “Lake Peak” (anthology of poetry on the occasion of the 200th<\/sup> anniversary of the birth of Njego\u0161, 2013), \u201cWhite Bee of Walt Whitman\u201d (2015), \u201cIf I Could Cry as a Vineyard\u201d (2018).<\/p>\n Radulovi\u0107 has received many national, regional and international literary awards and social recognitions. His poems appeared in a large number of national and foreign selections, reviews, atlases and anthologies of poetry. His work has been presented in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republic of Srpska), Romania, Italy, Slovenia, and Bulgaria. In addition to poetry, he writes essays, aphorisms, short stories, texts from the world of culture, literary criticism, and he translates poetry from Russian.
