{"id":69780,"date":"2023-12-05T10:37:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T09:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gradteatar.me\/clanovi-projektnog-tima-u-posjeti-ustanovi-pazaric\/"},"modified":"2023-12-26T11:26:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-26T10:26:48","slug":"clanovi-projektnog-tima-u-posjeti-ustanovi-pazaric","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gradteatar.me\/en\/clanovi-projektnog-tima-u-posjeti-ustanovi-pazaric\/","title":{"rendered":"Project team members visit Institution Pazari\u0107"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members of the Enabled Theatre Project team, led by director of East West Center Sarajevo, Haris Pa\u0161ovi\u0107, the Project Coordinator of the Serbian National Theatre (SNP) Novi Sad, Dragana Kuzmanovi\u0107 and the Project Coordinator of the Festival Grad Teatra Budva, Aleksandra Maslovar, visited the Institution for Social Care, Health Care, Upbringing and Education Pazari\u0107 on November 30, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Project team also comprised members of the SNP acting ensemble Lidija Stevanovi\u0107, Gordana \u0110ur\u0111evi\u0107-Dimi\u0107, Jelena Antonijevi\u0107, Sanja Risti\u0107-Krajnov, Aljo\u0161a \u0110idi\u0107, Marko Savkovi\u0107, Aca Lazin, Aleksandar Sarapa and Vuka\u0161in Ran\u0111elovi\u0107, Director of the Tala Dance Centre from Zagreb, choreographer Larisa Lipovac, scenographer Andreja Rondovi\u0107 and friends of the Project, assistant director of \u0160OSO Milan Petrovi\u0107 Novi Sad Svetlana Ba\u0161evi\u0107, school psychologist at \u0160OSO Milan Petrovi\u0107 Maja Kukobat and Director of Public Institution Day Centre for Children and Youth with Difficulties and Disabilities Biseri from Budva, Miljana Radoman.<\/p>\n<p>In a conversation with the director of Institution Pazari\u0107 Samir Suljagi\u0107, the President of the Institution\u2019s Steering Board Mirjana Mihalj and member of the Steering Board Avdo Kova\u010devi\u0107, the Project team members were informed in detail about the work of the Institution and the daily care for the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina Du\u0161ka Juri\u0161i\u0107 expressed her support to the Project and emphasized the importance of realizing all the rights of persons with developmental disabilities, which, due to the complex system in BiH, are still not fully realized.<\/p>\n<p>After the meeting, members of the Project team, accompanied by the Head of the Social Service, Anela \u010coli\u0107, visited the Institution\u2019s facilities, including accommodation facilities for preschool and school-aged beneficiaries and the Centre for Education and Training, where work-occupational treatments are carried out (work in creative workshops, psychological-social support, sports therapy) in the Resnik locality. Members of the Project team then visited housing facilities intended for integration into the local community in the localities of Rami\u0107i I and II.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, the Pazari\u0107 Institution looks after 336 beneficiaries with developmental disabilities, who come from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The history of the Institution begins in 1947, when the Home for the care of children without parental care \u2013 war orphans \u2013 was founded. The Institution employs 159 workers, of which 61 are caregivers. Twenty-nine employees are professional staff \u2013 speech therapists, special education teachers, psychologists, educators, work, occupational and sports therapists.
