Many of the world’s greatest stages such as the Carnegie Hall in New York and the “Bolshoi Hall” of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory, have been a witness to his powerful performances. Being honored the awards at manifold international competitions such as: the Premio Rodolfo Lipizer (Italy), the Sion-Valais (Switzerland), the Yampolsky Violin Competition (Russia) and the Henryk Wieniawski Violin Competition (Poland), he has earned himself a rightful place amongst the most distinguished violinists of his generation.

His work as a soloist includes the striking performances with some of the world’s leading orchestras: the London Symphony Orchestra, the “Teatro Regio” Torino, the “Franz Liszt” Chamber Orchestra, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the “Mariinsky Theatre” Symphony Orchestra and more. What is important to emphasize is that the conductor of the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra starting from 2023/2024 is to be a renowned French artist of Montenegrin roots-Marc Korović and that the melodies of various stylistic features, from Baroque music and contemporary artistic creations to the works of the regional authors, are a part of the orchestra’s repertoire.

“The Four Seasons” by Antonio Vivaldi and Astor Piazzolla’s “Four Seasons in Buenos Aires” will be performed at the “Theatre City” concert this year.

On Friday, July 19th, at 9PM, in the venue Between Churches, with the concert of the violinist Roman Simović and the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, the music programme of the “Theatre City” will continue.
