The Montenegrin Chamber Orchestra premiered the composition “Music for My Dear Oboe” by Aleksandar Perunović at the Theatre City.
The music program of the 37thTheatre City Festival continued last night on the stage between the Churches with the performance of the Montenegrin Chamber Orchestra, with Nadica Ristić Simović performing as a soloist.
The repertoire of the Montenegrin Chamber Orchestra is unimaginable without Montenegrin authors, so at the very beginning of the concert the composition “the Play” by Borislav Tamindžić was performed. Benjamin Britten and Franz Schubert followed, but the composition for orchestra and oboe “Music for My Dear Oboe” by the Montenegrin composer Aleksandar Perunović was also premiered.
After the concert, Nadica Ristić Simović said that she was very satisfied and that she was glad that the audience liked the concert and added that it was her first time performing as a soloist at the Theatre City.
At the concert between the Churches, the following performed: Slađana Mijović, Marija Đuranović, Eleonora Vujović and Luna Kostadinović (first violin), Nenad Jovanović, Verica Čuljković, Milena Rajković and Ana Rašović (second violin), Uroš Lapčević and Ana Jovanović (viola), Milan Ninković and Ana Zakrajšek (cello) and Vasilije Gagović (double bass).
