At the closing ceremony of the International Festival of Actor in Nikšić, Aljoša Đidić and Milan Kovačević were unanimously awarded the Grand Prix prize for the best partnership in the play A World of Possibilities, by the author and director Haris Pašović, which was created as a joint project of the Public Institution Theatre City, the East West Centre in Sarajevo, the Serbian National Theatre and the Tala Dance Centre in Zagreb.
The decision on the awards was made by an expert jury chaired by Zijah A. Sokolović, whose other members were Vesna Čipčić and Miloš Latinović. The jury pointed out that “with their acting skills, Kovačević and Đidić presented a painful and tragic relationship between a son and a father left in a world void of understanding in an emotional, exciting and truthfull way.”
This award is the fifth in a row for the play A World of Possibilities, which has been presented in 7 cities and 5 countries so far.
We would like to remind you that this project is co-financed by the European Union, through the Creative Europe program for theatre projects which deal with the subject of the lives of children and youth with developmental disabilities.
